Cardinal Health sought implementation assistance in their largest AD migration, migrating 250 separate domains to one global Active Directory domain. ICC was selected to orchestrate the global migration to a single Active Directory. The resulting structure supports operations on six continents. ICC maintains a Federal GSA Schedule Contract for Information Technology (IT) Professinal Services under IT Service-MAS 70.

ICC has a history of on time and on budget delivery of projects within state and local governments, including Ohio. Since the establishment of our State Term Schedule with the State of Ohio in 2002, ICC has won and delivered tens of thousands of hours of Information Technology consulting and project work across 20+ Ohio agencies. ARC Industries is a non-profit organization aligned with the Franklin County Board of Developmental Disabilities that assists adults with developmental disabilities in vocational opportunities.  To track and monitor consumers across their 34 work centers, ARC Industries desired to advance from their paper-based system to an electronic single system of record.  ICC developed a mobile tablet-based information management system for supervisors in the field that reduces the time spent on administration while increasing the accuracy of work situation data. View this client success story.

Victoria’s Secret had a vision for a touch screen kiosk that would bring an interactive marketing experience to customers in their stores, allowing customers and staff to view products, run videos, and order from the Victoria’s Secret web site. The ICC Creative Services team, Clutch Interactive, envisioned kiosks that would be easy to use, visually appealing and customizable for individual markets. The completed kiosks offer a multifaceted interactive experience that engages customers and drives Victoria’s Secret sales in retail stores across the country.

Microsoft is an ICC partner and a client of our services. ICC has provided expertise in improving the usability of Microsoft’s Managed Services Engine (MSE) for Visual Studio. MSE is an application for developers and network administrators monitor to manage web applications and all their supporting components. Using Microsoft’s WPF, ICC contracted with Microsoft to improve the interface usability and simplify the network administrator’s view of web workflow. ICC’s enhancements are part of Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 deliverables.

When a global travel service provider faced the challenge of aggressively building the industry’s first integrated intelligent agent desktop system, they turned to its partner network to collaborate on development, including the project management and user experience teams at ICC.  The new platform is intended to improve the use and workflow for as many as 67,000 travel agencies around the world.  The partnership united business and technical teams from around the globe to successfully design a mission critical application for the travel industry, while meeting Travelport’s aggressive speed to market requirements.  View this client success story.

National organizations trust ICC to create and extend their SharePoint footprint to increase revenues and reduce costs. Constellations Energy selected ICC to manage its website consolidation, launching its roadmap to standardize on the SharePoint Server 2010 platform for all its web assets: 30 public sites, 5,000 internal sites, the employee portal and records management systems.  ICC’s SharePoint team of experts consolidated the mulitple public and internal sites to a single SharePoint driven web presence.  View this client success story.
