Joining ICC means joining a network of collaborative and supportive professionals.  Our consultants rely on each other and know that although we are physically spread across Central Ohio, help is never more than an e-mail away.

We have lots of events each year to help us stay connected and improve our skills by sharing experiences.


SIGs create career development and networking opportunities.  Led by ICC Consultants, they offer a forum to discuss new technologies, delve deeper into technical topics, and enhance consulting and business skills.

ICC SIGs:

Toastmasters is a time tested, learn-by-doing program designed to let you face your fears of public speaking.  At ICC, we also use Toastmasters to help improve the business skills we need at the client site, like speaking intelligently without preparation and providing positive feedback.


Everyone needs a little down time, right?  Throughout the year, we get together as a company just to relax.  We have fun times for the whole family, like our Clipper’s Game picnic and Cedar Point Trip, and adults-only events like our annual Holiday Party.


A casual lunch in a downtown or Dublin setting, networking lunches are another way for consultants to connect with other ICC consultants and get updates on ICC activities.  These are held quarterly.


ICC Connections is our community service organization.  It gives ICC employees and their families a chance to give back to the Central Ohio community.
