ICC has a unique approach to employee support. It gives us the opportunity to build our careers and means that we aren’t left all alone at a client site. It also creates our culture, which is built on both our success as employees and the success of our clients.
We have a two pronged approach – first, ICC has people in place with the sole responsibility of supporting us; and second, ICC sponsors events that promote career development and networking. Working within this system, we as ICC consultants can give our clients the best service possible.
Consultant Support Team
Your Client Services Manager (CSM) makes sure you have what you need to get the job done. The CSM supports your career development, facilitates communications with your client, and helps you make connections to other ICC consultants.
In ICC HR, we work closely with your CSM to provide support in career development and networking. We’re also available to answer all your questions and help you work through any issues you have with things like benefits, time off, and Visa or Green Card issues.
Your Recruiter guides you in finding the right position, from before you're employed throughout your entire ICC career. He or she provides advice on our industry, the Columbus market, and your career direction.
The job of the Account Executive (AE) is to know the client. They use this knowledge to help you understand the environment and opportunities at each client site.
