Gathering for Company Events
Through company events and social outings, we encourage a sense of community and family, as well as civic involvement. Our employees work hard together, but are also given the opportunity to enjoy one another with their families and have fun. From holiday parties to company outings to amusement parks and baseball games, ICC provides ample opportunities for employees and families to relax and get to know each other. Come be a part of it.
Active in Life with ICCFit
ICCFit is an employee-driven program that offers fitness related programs. The group organizes and offers various activities for ICC coworkers, such as volleyball, softball competitions and walking teams. In conjunction with our Wellness program, ICCFit enjoys a large participation in fitness challenge programs. Other perks include various gym and wellness discounts. It’s great to be active!
Active in Service with ICC Connections
If you enjoy volunteering, you can get involved with community service projects as a part of ICC Connections. ICC Connections supports several charities, such as Kids ‘n Kamp, an organization that assists local families affected by childhood cancer. For this non-profit group, our volunteers provide donations and service hours toward the Kids ‘n Kamp Pumpkin Patch and Christmas Party events each year.
Celebrating Service and Individuals
ICC celebrates service starting with your first day. New hires receive a welcome card signed by many corporate support staff. The card signing process for new hires is a unique and fun tradition for the corporate staff.
John Kratz, ICC President, hosts a popular group birthday lunch every month at a local venue. Consultants find camaraderie amongst other consultants who have the same birthday month, as the years go on. Consultants in the field also receive individual birthday recognition, such as a tin of cookies delivered to their workplace.
ICC makes a point to recognize and reward employees for their hard work and continued service. Service anniversaries are celebrated during group or division meetings. ICC is proud of the legacy of consultants that stay and progress their careers at our company.
Refer Your Friends and Earn Bonuses and Trips
At ICC, every consultant can consider themselves a “talent scout”, on the lookout for the next great addition to our team. Your Recruiter and Client Services Manager will make sure you are kept up to date on our latest projects and opportunities, and in appreciation for your referrals, ICC returns hiring bonuses, while our top referral providers join the prestigious President’s Club. The President’s Club allows the consultant and their guest to select one of three trips: from family-oriented destinations like Disney World and Universal Studios, to romantic excursions on a cruise ship or Caribbean beach. The choices are as varied as the individuals that earn them.
