Client Service Managers
The Client Services team is dedicated to your success. Every ICC consultant works with a Client Services Manager to help identify short and long term goals that map to key ICC initiatives. Your CSM will also help you build peer networks, identify areas for personal growth and become part of the ICC community. CSMs and consultants also work together to pursue appropriate career opportunities based on business needs, employee capabilities and interests.

At ICC your colleagues include hundreds of IT professionals who share your career focus. Employee-managed monthly Special Interest Groups (SIGs) are your chance to learn from, and with, experts in leading and emerging technologies. Employees and featured speakers deliver presentations that cover today’s hot technical issues. Each SIG is announced in advance for your convenience through the weekly online newsletter. Long-standing monthly SIGs include Java, Project Management, Adobe, Microsoft Development and Business Intelligence.
>Technical User Groups
ICC hosts many national and regional technical User Groups at our headquarters, such as the InfoSphere User Group, the Columbus Digital Adobe User Group and the Columbus Architecture Group.
As technical leaders in our community, the ICC team regularly present and participate on boards of technical organizations. ICC and our consultants are actively involved with the following Central Ohio technical groups:

>Tuition Reimbursement
ICC supports the continued education of our professional staff through our tuition reimbursement program. Course fees at accredited colleges and universities are eligible for reimbursement.
>Certification Reimbursement
ICC encourages our employees to achieve and maintain technical certifications and many other professional designations. In most cases these fees are 100% reimbursable.
