John Kratz
President

Since joining ICC as a limited partner in 1990, John has transformed the company from a small, value-added software reseller into one of the largest full-service information technology consulting firms in Ohio. He believes in a client-centric business model that facilitates responsive, flexible, and cost-effective delivery of services.

"Our basic business philosophy is to make decisions that have the most positive impact on our long-term relationships with both clients and ICC consultants. Every member of our staff is empowered to assess the business and technical issues and then take the right action. In this industry it's easy to get caught up in what's 'hot' at the moment. Our approach is to be in it for the long haul."

   

Steven Glaser
CEO

An active ICC partner, Steven has been instrumental in the dynamic growth and success of the company. Steven works closely with the executive team to develop strategic plans and effective processes. He also works with the accounting and administrative staff in creating and operating efficient business and information systems.

Scot Burdette
Director of Software Development and Integration

Leveraging over 20 years of experience, Scot leads a team of technology specialists focused on designing, developing and integrating Enterprise Applications and Software Solutions with expertise in traditional as well as state of the art technology suites.

"I love the challenge of working with a client, gaining an understanding of their business and their problem, and working to find a solution through effective software or Web-based solutions. ICC is in a unique position; we have the resources we need to offer expertise in a variety of technologies and processes, which allows us to customize our solutions to meet their unique needs. Lynn Campbell
Controller

Lynn has 15 years of Controllership experience in the wholesale/retail industry. She has a BA in Business Administration from Eastern Illinois University with a major in accounting and has been a CPA for more than 25 years.

"Major change has always been a part of the accounting profession and keeping up with world events and evolving business needs is one of the many aspects that makes the profession so exciting."

   

Dave Dieterle 
Director of Government Services 

Dave has more than twenty-nine years of experience in the information technology industry, including over twenty years of consulting experience servicing federal and state government, as well as private sector customers. He uses his considerable expertise to show ICC clients the best way to leverage technology to improve their businesses.

"Throughout my twenty years as a consultant, I've managed several multimillion dollar projects across many industries. The one thing they all had in common is the end goal: customer success. This is a principle that consultants can never forget, and what I've built my career on. ICC's success has come from holding this as our core value. We know that unless we can achieve success for the customer, we won't make it."

   

Donald Jackson
Director of Business Intelligence

Don draws on more than 20 years experience in the information systems industry to help businesses achieve greater profitability within their IT departments. He believes information technology is both an external product/service used to generate revenue and an internal operational entity used to reduce costs. His teams use their experience to improve a company's bottom line.

"The mission of the Business Intelligence Group (BIG) is to capture the transactional data of an organization and turn it into actionable information that allows business executives to drive additional revenue, reduce unnecessary expenses and ultimately yield higher profits. ICC is successful because we build reporting systems that allow business executives to monitor their dashboards, access information at the transaction level and make decisions to operate their business."

   

Sean Ramsey
Director of Financial Services

Sean brings over 13 years of financial services and information technology experience. He has consulted with several Fortune 500 banking and insurance clients including Cigna Healthcare, SunTrust Bank, JPMorganChase, Roayal Bank of Canada, and several other institutions. In addition, Sean has held his Series 7 and Life and Health Insurance Licenses while providing wealth management services for individual and business clients.

Rick Ritzler
Director of Recruiting

Rick has recruited IT professionals exclusively since 1997, and now leads ICC's team of IT recruiters. Successfully providing technology professionals to a variety of Central Ohio clients across the financial, retail, government and manufacturing industries has given him great insight into the local IT talent market.

"The best part of my job is making the match between IT professionals and consulting opportunities. We work hard to understand not only the technical job requirements, but also the client's business and culture. That way, we know which consultants will really succeed on assignment there. Rob Twitchell
Director of Client and Administrative Services

Rob and his team work with ICC consultants and clients to make sure that top level service is delivered. They focus on understanding client expectations and consultant talents and goals, and making the two work together for the best possible outcome.

"I'm a consultant. My first assignment with ICC was as a billable consultant. Although my day-to-day responsibilities have changed, I still feel the same responsibility to help our clients. I am proud that ICC has a client services team dedicated to developing consulting skills in our staff. Everything we do has to have a client focus to succeed. When we do our job right, we build lifelong consulting skills in our employees and have happy clients."

   

Pat Uehlein
Director of Commercial Services

Pat has been with ICC since 1992. During his career at ICC he's been responsible for merging diverse lines of business, opening and serving ICC's foundational clients, and later spawning ICC's two vertical groups, Government Services and Financial Services. As Director of Commercial Services Group, Pat leads a team committed to supporting Commercial Clients through ICC's diverse service offerings.

Kevin Walter 
Director of Infrastructure Services

Kevin leads ICC's Infrastructure Services Group. This team of Infrastructure specialists assists clients in developing, implementing and maintaining network infrastructure and enterprise application solutions.
