Salaried employees begin employment with 3 Paid Time Off (PTO) days, and accrue 8 PTO days every 6 months of service. On the third anniversary, the accrual is raised to 11 days every 6 months. On the fifth anniversary, PTO accrues at the rate of 13 days every 6 months. This accrual is based on anniversary of employment. The maximum amount of Paid Time Off (PTO) carried into the next anniversary year is 10 days. PTO is a combination of vacation, sick, and personal days, and does not include paid holidays.
ICC employees observe the holidays designated by the clients to whom they are assigned. Non-billable employees observe New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day (and the following day), Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day as designated holidays. Non-billable salaried employees are paid for the abovementioned observed holidays.
Overtime for salaried and associate (hourly) employees is paid as earned, on a biweekly basis.
All employees who bill at least 500 hours per quarter receive a $250 quarterly bonus. Four consecutive quarterly bonuses result in an additional $500 annual bonus. Total realization of the Performance Bonus is $1,500 per year.
All employees receive a $1,000 bonus for referring qualified candidates to ICC who are subsequently hired. This bonus is paid after sixty days of employment by the referred employee. Bonuses can also be earned for identifying new business for ICC.
All full-time* employees are eligible to participate in a company group insurance program at a nominal cost based on marital and family status.
A $25,000 life insurance policy is available to all full-time* employees at no additional employee cost. Additional life insurance is available at a nominal cost.
Short-term disability coverage is available to all full-time* employees at no cost to them. The plan pays a maximum of $600 per week for up to 26 weeks of disability.
Long-term disability coverage is available to all full-time* employees with two or more years of service with ICC. There is no cost for this benefit. The plan pays a maximum benefit of $5,000 per month. The benefit begins after 180 days of disability.
All full-time* employees are eligible to participate in an ICC sponsored 401(k) savings/retirement plan. Contributions are made through designated payroll deductions and deposited to a variety of investment options. ICC matches $.50 for each associate dollar of elective deferral up to 6% of compensation. Associates are eligible for matching contributions immediately upon enrollment in the 401(k) plan.
All employees are encouraged to participate in professional organizations and acquire certifications providing professional growth and potential benefits to ICC. The company sponsors or reimburses such memberships and certifications with prior management approval.
ICC provides reimbursement for technical training or courses at accredited colleges or universities that relate to professional development. Course(s) must be approved in advance. Reimbursement is paid upon successful completion of course(s).
ICC tailors training to our consultants’ needs. We deliver training in a variety of ways, including on-the-job, CBTs, classroom training and reference books.
